ROAD TPU 2-PACK KIT

Most inner tube packaging is designed to protect the product until it's sold. Our packaging is designed to keep protecting it long afterwards.

The ROAD TPU KIT uses a specially developed three-layer protective laminate to help shield the delicate TPU tubes from punctures, abrasion and damage caused by other objects in your saddle bag.

Each tube sits in its own compartment. Simply cut along the marked central dividing line to create two independent resealable pouches. Keep one in your saddle bag and another in your jersey pocket, or store them separately for different bikes.

The pouch is not disposable packaging. It's part of the product, designed to stay with your spare tube until you need it.

Unlike ultralight TPU tubes that use plastic valve stems to save a few grams, our tubes feature fully aluminium Presta valve stems with removable cores.

This construction provides a more robust valve interface, improves serviceability and offers better resistance to heat transferred from compact electric tire inflators.

We also use a generously sized TPU reinforcement cone at the valve base, strengthening the connection between the aluminium stem and the tube. This helps distribute mechanical stresses and protects an area particularly vulnerable to damage around the rim's valve opening.

Not every gram saved makes a tube better.

Our deliberately focused 25–30mm tire compatibility range helps minimize excessive stretching inside the tire. This matters because overstretching thins TPU walls and increases stress around patched areas, potentially compromising puncture resistance and repair reliability.

The result is a lightweight, compact TPU tube that prioritizes practical durability over extreme weight reduction.

*Always store spare tubes inside their protective pouches.

*Avoid sharp folds, abrasion and excessive compression.

*Inflate only slightly before installation. Never exceed 0.3 bar (4.3 psi) outside the tire.

*Use suitable high-pressure tubeless rim tape to protect the tube from spoke holes and rim openings.

*Take care not to pinch or damage the tube with tire levers during installation.

*Follow the electric pump manufacturer's instructions; use a hose extension where recommended.
