How to mount the hanger
Simply remove the rear wheel, then open two small bolts with 2mm allen key. Then replace the hanger and mount the bolts back with max torque of 1.5Nm. The hanger fits exactly same way as the original one does. On the derailleur side you need to remove a Shimano B-link as this hanger mounts directly to the derailleur.
