RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
You never need to worry about your purchase with our 30-Day return policy. If you change your mind or aren't delighted with our product, you can return any part purchased directly from absoluteBLACK within 30 days from purchase date and we will refund the purchase price. We accept returns on any products that are new and have not been installed on a bike (e.g. if you install a chainring it cannot be returned.) We will not accept parts with scratch marks from being mounted to the crank or being dirty. We can only accept returns on orders made directly from absoluteBLACK.
If the product was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt or you would like to make an exchange, contact Customer Service at stan@absoluteblack.cc to arrange a resolution. Please make sure that when returning the complete order, you include all additional free items which may have been sent in the original shipment.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
Email absoluteBLACK Customer Service (stan@absoluteblack.cc).
We will email you instructions for returning your product.
Ship your product within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.
Important Note:
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect shipments. In other cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including cases where an order is refused / abandoned (e.g., due to unpaid customs fees). We will however organize the return for you using our DHL account that will save you money and hassle. Return fees for most items are as follows: 15eur, 19.9usd, 14£. For our Oak hanger however: 32eur, 33usd, 24£ (this is the actual DHL cost we pay)
